News Link 竹陞科技(6739)專注於晶圓廠、面板廠領域,透過物聯網感應器、智慧工廠軟硬體整合解決方案以及雲端服務,針對不同類型、不同廠牌的機台設備,完成設備聯網及資訊採集,可實現生產流程與營運管理優化。11月22日獲經濟部第28屆中小企業創新研究獎,以AI-Robots(Gobot)工廠機器群自動化監控操平台獲獎,這是繼去年獲得經濟部王美花部長頒發新創事業獎後,再次獲得評審團肯定。 竹陞科技AI Robots(Gobot),讓無塵室各種機台的螢幕與資料,都可以整合匯流並透過Gesla的代操系統SOP模擬人員操作,達成雙向溝通,即時處理、錯誤防止、降低人力的效果。機台安装各種感測器(Sensor)把產線的壓力、溫度、測距、震動…等資訊,透過竹陞所研發的AloT平台,高效率的上傳至雲端及中控後台,有助於大數據分析並降低佈線路的困擾,實現智能工廠生態系。 此次創新研發標的AI Robots(Gobot)經過產官學研組成的評審團層層審查,最終才能從百件參賽標的中脫穎而出,評審特別指出本標的可提供控制異質工廠機器群之遠端操控,特別是針對最夯的半導體護國神山群提供服務,有助於後疫情時代工廠監控及遠端維運,深具前瞻性與未來性,也獲得多國專利,具有台灣特色之AIoT生態系統。竹陞科技董事長方泰又表示,竹陸將持續投入創新研發資源,提供最佳解決方案給予全球頂尖的半導體客戶群。
